About South Puget Sound Neurology and Integrative Headache Center
South Puget Sound Neurology and Integrative Headache Center is a specialty clinic dedicated primarily to headache and migraine care, serving patients throughout the South Puget Sound region. Our practice emphasizes evidence‑based, integrative, and patient‑centered management of chronic headache disorders.
Headache medicine is not a subset of our work—it is the foundation of our practice. In addition to headache and migraine care, we also treat a select population of patients with dystonia and related movement disorders, particularly those requiring therapeutic toxin injections.
We are a physician‑owned practice, intentionally designed to support high‑quality clinical care, sustainable provider workloads, and long‑term alignment between providers and the practice. As we grow, we are thoughtfully exploring the evolution of our practice structure while remaining committed to physician‑led decision making.
We are seeking either a Neurologist (MD/DO) or a Nurse Practitioner interested in practicing in a focused headache specialty environment with strong systems, collaborative workflows, and optional opportunities to participate in clinical research.
Who This Opportunity Is For
This role is ideal for providers who:
- Want to focus their practice on headache and migraine medicine
- Enjoy outpatient care with procedural components
- Value clarity around expectations, fairness, and operational discipline
- Appreciate APPs and physicians working at the top of their licenses
- Are interested in clinical research or innovation, without academic pressure
- Prefer thoughtful specialty practice over high‑volume general neurology
- Are open to a long‑term role in an independent, physician‑led practice

- Work collaboratively within structured clinical pathways
- Participate in the shared, limited call rotation

Opportunities may include:

Providers may participate at varying levels depending on interest and experience, with administrative and research support provided.

- Structured productivity incentives based on wRVUs
- Clear path to $300,000+ with sustainable productivity
- Regular bonus payouts (not discretionary)

Long‑Term Practice Vision
South Puget Sound Neurology and Integrative Headache Center is currently a physician‑owned practice and values physician leadership and long‑term clinical alignment. As the clinic grows, we are exploring the potential evolution to a multi‑physician ownership model.
While this position is offered as an employed role, physicians who demonstrate strong alignment with the practice’s clinical values, interest in leadership, and a commitment to the long‑term vision of the clinic may have future opportunities for ownership participation if and when the practice structure evolves.
