With more than 10 years of critical care nursing experience and a career in headache medicine since 2022, I am dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief from headaches and migraine. My background in the ICU has given me a strong foundation in caring for patients with complex medical conditions while emphasizing compassion, education, and individualized care.

In addition to my professional experience, I also live with migraine and headaches myself. This personal perspective allows me to better understand the physical, emotional, and daily challenges that headaches can bring. I know how frustrating it can be to search for effective treatment, and I am committed to partnering with my patients to find solutions that improve both their symptoms and quality of life. My goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care.
